Eligibility: The Cooking Recipe Video Submission Competition (Nityam Diwali Cooking Contest) is open to individuals who are residents of Vijayawada.

To enter the competition, participants must:
1. Prepare a recipe using Nityam Oil by ordering oil from [https://nityamoils.com/].
2. Submit your cooking video by the specified deadline.
3. Ensure that the video adheres to the specified format, i.e., MP4.

Additional Entry Requirements :

Preserved, readymade, and animal slaughtering preparations are not allowed.
Unauthorized, illegal, and adult content is strictly prohibited to upload and is legally inadmissible under the law.

Original Content : Entries must be the original work of the participant, and any copyrighted materials or content from other sources must be properly attributed. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in disqualification.

Rights and Usage : By entering the Competition, participants grant Nityam Oils a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display their video entries for promotional and marketing purposes.

Judging and Selection : The decision of the judging panel is final and binding. Prizes will be announced by Nityam Oils.

Publication of Winning Entries : Winning entries may be published on Nityam Oils’ website, social media channels, and other promotional materials.

Disqualification : Entries that violate these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Nityam Oils reserves the right to disqualify participants for any reason.

Liability : Nityam Oils is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in the competition. Participants assume all risks.

Privacy : Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

Dates Extension : Nityam Oils reserves the right to extend the competition dates as needed. Participants will be informed of any date extensions.
